We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange your product for a different item. At Binsaura.com, we make exchanges simple and customer-friendly.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • An unboxing video must be shared as proof.

2. Exchange Charges

  • Customers requesting an exchange must pay a delivery charge of ₹150.

  • This covers pickup and reshipping of the new product.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your product.

  2. Share your order ID, product details, and unboxing video.

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the process.

4. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchange requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose a refund (subject to return policy).

5. Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

6. Delivery Timeline

  • Once we receive the product for exchange, the replacement is shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery time depends on your location.
